From top to bottom, inside and out, Reid’s Heritage has built a high performance home that incorporates LEEDverified features for the ultimate in energy-efficient and environmentally friendly design.

LEED addresses six key categories of environmental design and construction: sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, and design innovation and process.

Points are rewarded for a wide range of initiatives including the use of environmentally preferred products, low VOC emitting materials and locally produced products.

Included with those LEED features are the ENERGY STAR features which Reid’s Heritage has now adopted as the standard for all of our fully detached homes.
